3-20-09
Last night I watched the clock anticipating what was to come after this last SCT. Joey came through like a champ. NO PAIN AT ALL!!!!! I am thrilled. I wish they all would have known this from the beginning but I guess there was no way they could have.
Joey was able to get some good rest last night so he popped right up this morning ready for PT. He stood on the standing table longer than usual. His right foot and ankle seemed a little tighter but Mark was able to loosen it up.
Thank you everybody for all your prayers, God was listening. And thank you for all the great comments, we still look forward to them daily. I’m not sure what we will do this weekend but Joey has plans to go with Dr. Jo to one of the parks. She told Joey she would go with him if he agreed to one last lumbar puncture so he is holding her to her word, hahahahah. I will probably go too.

Praise God!!!! Yes, He hears & answers our prayers. Now we are praying for supernatural strength for Joey, so he can get the work done that he need to. I’m so happy, honey that you did not have to suffer again. We love you. Ju Ju & Poppy

Hindsight is always better than foresight, isn’t it? I wish they would have learned after the first painful treatment what the problem was so that you wouldn’t have had to be in so much pain after the next ones.
Keep up the improvement!

YEAH! I am so excited! I love hearing his progress…
I am getting more and more excited for him every day!
The whole crew is super excited and cant wait for him to come visit again! Plus Trevin is getting so big… and he needs to hold him! lol!

That’s great news, I’m glad to hear that this SCT wasn’t painful. Hopefully the physical therapy over the remaining time is progressive and goes smoothly. I hope you guys have a good weekend, can’t wait to see you when you return. Take care.

That’s great! You can’t do anything about the past, but at least this last one wasn’t painful.
By the way, the bluebonnets and the Indian paintbrush are coming out and should be really beautiful when you all get home.
Spring will be here – perfect timing.
