Second injection
Hi, This is Penny writing the day after Kyle’s 2nd injection. We have kept ourselves very busy today. We haven’t noticed much of a difference today however he continues to roll himself from left to right and pulling his legs up towards his chest. I did notice today that I was able to straighten his fingers out completly on his right hand and that is something new even though he can’t do it himself I think it will be just a matter of time. They did start acupuncture today on his face so he did have a needle in the top of his head, one on his chin, and one on each side of his neck (yes that was hard for me to watch). We did go for a nice walk today and had a nice lunch out. It was 90′ degrees! Kyle is going crazy because everywhere we go we have to push him and it is like he has lost his independance and of course we are not the best drivers. We tend to leave him facing a wall or even in an isle at the store. His new favorite word to us is… BUMP! He is always watching where we are pushing him. Tonight we took two of the new families over the the shopping mart and that was interesting we had 3 push wheelchairs and 3 carts full of item.We are hanging out in the room watching a movie and are going to call it a day.
