this is it, last day and were in the middle of packing, everything has gone well here, i had my last spinal injection on monday and everything went ok, no headaches or backpains, nothing.
i have been having the usual physio, acupuncture and wave theropy all week and im feeling good, i think my balance is better and i can walk a little faster than i could before i came here, the doctors seem pleased with my progress so far but said that it usually takes about 75 days for the stemcells 2 work fully, so time will tell.
well 9 of us went 2 the niteclub on saturday nite, 7 alcoholics, me and josh lol, 8 of us managed 2 walk back but 1 person had 2 b carried back 2 the hospital at about 1.30am and no it wasnt barbara it was mum hahaha, she was p—-d lol, u would think she was never allowed out 2 c her, it was so funny, in the niteclub there were pole dancers and 1 of them was a heshe (man dressed up as a woman) and boy was he or she ugly lol if u had seen (it) u would say (it) had a face like a well slaped ass lol.
we r off 2 the hotel now for 2 days cus we couldnt get a flight home till saturday so were gonna go 2 the zoo on friday 2 c wat relatives and friends we can c in it, and i would say we will c most of use hahahahaha, the translater said there is plenty of monkeys in it (only joking) some of use arnt that bad looking (hmmmmm) lol.
ok gotta go now my funny half hr is almost up. id just like 2 thank every 1 for all the comments and encouragement they give me while ive been here.

my fourth stem cell one more to go and im outta here..i came back from theatre snoring again and talking stupid…apart from a sore back,i feel good….in fact i feel that good im going to go to the night club on saturday night with some of the other patients staying here.. barbara and mum cant wait to see abit of the night life…..apart from shopping,,i think there bored not being able to wash,iron and clean windows…we have been having a laugh with some of the other people staying here,they live all over the world from the u s a ,new zealand,australia,south africa ,romania and canada….amazing…..didnt show up at physical theraphy thursday morning,jason came down like a baten bear to see where i was…(he he.)..he said ..acupunture this after noon ..be there…ok …..we have got used to the food a bit better now..love k f c fish fingers,chicken nuggets and chips…stayed up the other night to watch mighty liverpool…got a message from graham asking me if i was going to watch the crap on t v tonight…i said sure newcastle isnt playing tonight….that shut him up…we won…whats new…..it was lucky that im staying in hospital,,i took afit of coughing the other night and hit my head off the wall and spilt my head open..(dick)………..the room we stay in is very spacious,and is cleaned every day ,we have the biggest t v in the hospital with one english channel,but all they talk about is china..unless u like tom and jerry..im lucky enough ,i can watch any live sports on the internet…ye ha…………my last stem cell treatment is monday and we leave hospital on thur to go back to hotel..will hopefully do a bit of sight seeing before we go home on sat 11th………………gunna go now…hope everyones keeping well ….c u all soon…have to go footballs on again….catch ya later….

hello everyone, im bk after 5 days with no internet, talk about being bored!!!
on sunday 21 of us (patients and carers) went in 3 minibuses 2 the dolphin pk and a shopping center for 7hrs cus every 1 was bored with no internet, it was good fun watching the dolphins doing all the tricks, then at the shopping center we found a mcdonalds and every 1 piled in, but we couldnt get a seat there was that many people in it, most of the clothes and food etc here is so cheap (40p for 20 cigs, 40p for 2ltrs coke) every 1 enjoyed themselves but we were so tired when we got bk,
bk 2 work on mon starting with the physio in the morning and then my 1st spinal injection at 2.30pm, the doctors came round to the room about 10am and ask me was i nervous about the injection and i said no, so he said that i wasnt getting any valume cus its bad for me so i said ok and they left, then about 1pm the nurse came in and put the IV into my hand for the drip, about an hr later the porters came and got me for theatre, i wasnt really nervous just a bit curious about wat was going 2 happen, so when i got in the theatre the nurses turned me on my side and moved me close 2 the side of the bed curled up in a ball,i think the surgeon was sitting on a low stool behind me and rubbing some liquid up and down my spine, then he give me an injection 2 freeze my bk and left it for about a min 2 freeze, i could feel him working at my spine (pushing something in) but it wasnt sore until he pushed a bit 2 hard which made me jump a little, he done that 3 times and my bk was a little sore for a while, then after about 20 mins he said that was it finished so they turned me on 2 my bk again and wheeled we bk 2 my room where i wasnt allowed 2 lift my head for 6 hrs, ur not allowed 2 eat or drink for 3hrs before the spinal or 4hrs after it, so when i got bk 2 the room i watched 4 films in a row 2 put the time in, when the 6hrs were up i sat up in the bed and it was like i had a brick sitting on top of my head, it felt heavy but no headache and the bk of my neck was a bit sore but not 2 bad. i also felt a small tingling around my groin area when i was getting the stemcells but i didnt think much about it for a while, i strained my groin yrs ago when i was playing football but i could only feel it when i stretched, so i decided 2 stretch it 2 c wat it was like and it was gone, so a bit of good news.
on tue i felt a lot better and bk 2 my usual self (giving orders lol) but still missing not being able 2 talk and email family and friends from home, so sat most of the day trying 2 find games 2 play on the laptop, had my usual physio and acupuncture that i have everyday.
then wednesday, wasnt a good day for me, i woke up with pains down the bk of both my legs, sometimes at home when i get them a couple of anadins takes it away but not today, the only way i could get rid of them was 2 walk about but that was making me feel tired, so i headed down 2 the physio room where jason was waiting for me, i told him about the pains and he took me 2 get acupuncture and heat lamps on my legs instead of physio, it took the pains away for a while but they came bk later so a few more anadins were called for and they actually worked this time, then about lunch time the internet came bk on yaaaaaaaaah something 2 do at last after 5 days being off, straight into the football results 2 see how the best team in europe was doing, OH DEAR 0-0 with 1 of the minnows, aw well bk 2 normal then lol, ok lets talk about my treatment or something else before i start getting depressed hahahahahaha.
rite wat day r we on now (god im so depressed after seeing that result loool) is it thursday? hmmm lets skip that and go 2 fri cus not much happened that day
friday spinal no2, well im not 2 worried about this 1 cus i no wats going 2 happen now (or do i), well the truth is i havnt a clue wat happened cus they must have knocked me out cus i cant rem a thing about it, i rem getting wheeled in and an injection into the IV drip in my hand, then i was getting wheeled bk out again so sorry folks no gorry details this time, i got bk 2 the room somehow and put a film on then woke up nearly 4hrs later so cant tell use 2 much about today, its 11.30pm here now and im wide awake, ive been up for 3 hrs now and still no headache,the bottom of my bk is just a little sore but not 2 bad,

well 1st week gone and everythings going ok so far, i had sat sun and mon off because of holidays here but bk to work yesterday and today, i have a trip 2 the physio every morning at 8.30am till 9.15am, my physio is called jason and he is a we s—, he gets me 2 do things 2 strengthen my arms and legs and while im doing them he stands behind me and makes funny faces at me trying 2 put me off what im doing, but its all good fun.
at 2pm i go for acupuncture and wave theropy every day except for today when i had my IV injection, yesterday i was starting 2 get the acupuncture when barbara ask me could i feel the needles going in, when i said no jason heard me and made sure i felt the next 1 go in lol
, then i was starting 2 get the wave theropy and instead of turning it up slowly he turned it up 2 much, and beleive me when its up 2 much its like getting really hard cramps rite up the bk of ur legs and then he stood and grinned at me lol before turning it down a bit, but he is a good laugh and every 1 really likes him, but he mite have a sore jaw if he keeps this up lol.
then today at about 12 noon the nurse came in and put the needle into a vein in my hand so i could get the iv injection, it wasnt 2 sore untill she wiggled it about 2 c if it was in the vein, about 2 hrs later she came back and took me 2 the we room upstairs for the stemcells which took about an hour, the IV injection is only 2 see if i can take the stemcells without any side effects, and so far so good, i dont feel any different so i guess im ok for the stemcells,im not sure yet when the first spinal injection is but it will probably be mon or tue,
i was really happy on sunday morning when i heard the result of the liverpool match (best team in europe 2 v manky utd 1)lol, so i decided i would go 2 bed about 6pm on tue so i could get up and watch the marseilles match live on the laptop at 3am which i did, liverpool wernt great but a wins a win in the first match of the group, probably do the same tonite and watch the gooners try 2 win there first match, we had a bit of trouble with the toilet as someone blocked it and wont own up 2 it lol, but we give the cleaner a few quid and she unblocked it, we order food in sometimes which is less than half the price at home, i got chicken ( i think) the other nite and it was lovely and the pizzas are nicer than at home, 14″ pizza with 3 toppings, about 20 onion rings, 8 potato cakes and a ltr bottle of coke for 9 quid, rite thats all for now as my eyes are starting 2 go squinty lol.

Hello everyone, well we got here in the end after a tiring plane journey, i feel good now on my second day here but im not sure about the other two that are with me ,i thought i was the one that was meant to b tired not them lol,but anyway its a really nice place here, the hospital is so clean and the staff are brilliant, i had a full assessment yesterday and when they found out it was my birthday the nursing staff all arrived in my room with a birthday cake

and started singing happy birthday in english,then barbara and ellen(one of the lovely girls that met us at the airport)went shopping and came back with KFC at 10.30am and then we got pizza at 4pm (YUMMY) think im gonna like it here lol, ok back to the treatment, i went to the physio at 8.30am which i really enjoyed although it was hard work and then at 2pm i had acupuncture and wave theraphy that i didnt enjoy as much, now i have two days off before the treatment starts again, now im going to get ready for a party that the ward is having for autumn holidays,
