As everyone knows, Macie is the young lady who helped Bradley adjust so well when he was in China. Macie is having a very hard time right now. She is having an allergic reaction of some kind and it is causing daily attacks that cause her to stop breathing. I am not sure exactly what is going on with her, but I do know a Mighty and Powerful God who can stop the attacks and heal her body. I have met alot of people in my life, but Macie is special. She has an awesome disposition and is a very intelligent young lady. I dont understand why Macie is going through what she is going through, but I do know that Jesus is the anwser. He can heal her mind and soul all at once, all we have to do is PRAY, Ask God to intervene in this matter and it will be done. We all go through trials and tribulations in our life not knowing any real anwsers Except that God is in control. Macie and Shel, Trust in HIM, He has NEVER let me down. Ive waited 13+ years for my sons healing and it is coming to pass. I know you dont have 13+ years right now, but you do have HIM right now, Ask him for what you need, He will always provide that.
Please Pray for the Doctors, that they are open to new ideas or that they can find out what is wrong so that they can heal her. Pray that if Macie needs to get out of China and come home to find out what is wrong then the doors will open for that to happen.Pray for Shel to be strong and have a Godly discernment concerning Macies situation.
Shel and Macie, I know you feel like nothing is going right and that the world is against you, but” when God is for us ,nothing can stand against us.” Stay strong and have faith that God is on your side. We are praying for you, Hundreds of people are praying for you right now, Macie call Bradley on his cell phone, anytime! we love you and miss you, The Tullous’

After a lot of hours traveling and delayed flight after delayed flight we are finally home. We were so happy to have out of town family here to visit when we got home. So we haven’t missed a beat and have already been to the beach!! Jet lag finally set in on me today and slept from 4:00 in the after noon to 7:00 at night. Hopefully I will adjust soon. I do not have time not too…I am already playing the soccer mom and taking Caleb and Olivia to soccer camp everyday this week. Bradley has adjusted great and is ready to see all his friends. Todd, Bradley and I all miss everyone at the hospital so much. We met so many nice people and had such a since of community with everyone there. We all really need to have a reunion!!! We especially miss Shel and Macie…they feel like a part of our family. We did get to talk to them on Skype the other night. Macie made a great slide show of the trip and put it on youtube. Tonight, Jack one of the translators invited us to his apartment for dinner. Jack has been a very good friend to Bradley and us and we were so excited to have him offer to cook for us…and boy did he cook!! Jack has a lot of energy!! He cooked about 5 different dishes for us and they all were sooooo good! We told him he should become a chef. He lives with some of the other acupuncturist and physical therapist who work for Beike. They were all so nice and hospitably to us. It was definitely an experience that I will always treasure and I know Bradley will also. We feel we have made friends for life and we wish we could take them all home with us!
Yesterday we went with Macie and Shel to a park. We rode a sky lift and took in some beautiful views of Qingdao. It too us up into a mountain where we looked down on the city and the ocean. I was a little scared because there was not much holding you in the seat. It was fun though, even if it started to pour down raining while we were on it.
We have heard some exciting reports from kids who were here but have returned home already. The first is a sweet boy named Garrett he is eight. His mom e-mailed Marcie’s mom and told her he can now see the big E on the eye chart and he has never been able to before. His eye doctor has confirmed that his vision is improving. His website is www.garrettsfightforsight.com . Another success story is that of Glen’s. He was the little boy who had the awful reaction to the first spinal treatment and went home early. He was able to get one IV injection and one spinal injection but just from that his mom says that his vision is improving. She says he is sitting on the couch watching t.v. an he could never see it from there before! Bradley really misses playing with transformers with Glen.
Just as I am feeling comfortable in China and relaxing a little…it has come time to leave. This truly is an experience of a lifetime and the friends we have made from all over the world will be cherished forever. I hope to stay in touch with them all. I took some pictures of the interpreters because a lot of them will be off of work for the weekend. There is also a picture of Kirshner, one of the head honchos.
Tomorrow will be our last full day in China and we are hoping to get some more sight seeing in. I cannot wait to get home and see everyone especially Todd, Caleb, and Olivia!
Love, Amy
