Monday, September 3, 2007 - Good Bye China!
September 3rd, 2007
Today is a very bittersweet day for us! We are excited to return home to our family and friends, but in the process of doing so, we have to say good bye to some very special people here in China. It surprises me how such strong bonds and friendships can be formed in only 23 days! We have met some amazing people over here, both fellow patients and hospital & Beike staff. We were given the warmest reception by the Doctors and nurses and their kindness and caring made this feel like

I’m so sorry I missed you guys this morning. My Bus got stuck in the rain and I got there just as you had pulled away. Anyway, it was great to meet you and I will be watching this blog for updates. If you ever nee anything from china, just drop me an email.
Hope your trip home is smooth, but by the time you read this, you will probably already have arrived!
