No more needles
March 3rd, 2008
The 4th – and final- injection is complete!! Getting the IV in was difficult, again. Justin is now to the point where he knows when we walk into the treatment room, so he immediately starting getting upset before the nurses even touched him.
Today we cannot get onto any other internet sites except this one, so I cannot check email. I’ll try again soon.
It is Monday night (3/3) 6:30 pm and we are getting ready to go to the RT Mart for the last time!!!! I was just starting to get used to the smell too.

Lora, I am so happy for you,Jason, and Justin. Your grandmother Olga has been keeping me updated on Justin’s progress. We have the updates on our walls of the units at Friends Village. I just wanted you to know that I have been praying for you and your family through this whole process. I cried when I read the update following Justins first treatment. I am happy to hear that Justins last treatment is over with. I will continue to keep you all in my thoughts and prayers. We all our wishing the best for Justin. Have a safe trip back home and I look forward to seeing you and Justin in church when the time is right. Take care. Candy Ewald

Congratulations!!! The end is in sight. Steak, pototoes and ice tea will be waiting for you. I am so proud of the patience you have endured through the month. God does provide our every need, sometimes we really question, but our faith sees us to the end! Happy 30th Lora!!!! What an awesome gift to have Justin be able to see you!!! Rest up and we pray for a safe journey home. See you all real soon. Love Aunt Barbara and Uncle Dave

What a relief to know that the last treatment is done!!! Only a few more days until you can rest in your own home and watch Justin as he begins his journey of exploration! We are so glad that you took this step of faith to help Justin – what an example to him. Take comfort and rest in the Lord as you reach the end of your time in China. We look forward to your return and Justin’s continued progress.
Hope you got your yummy birthday cake and were able to enjoy your special day!
