Diagnosis: Primary liver cancer, with multiple tumors
Before Treatment: The patient had accepted radiotherapy, chemotherapy and 5 TACE treatments (transcatheter arterial chemo embdization). The cancer recurred, with one large tumor and two small ones detected.
Treatment: In June 2005, the patient accepted a combined therapy of TACE therapy, Cryoablation and CIK (cytokine-induced killer cell) immunotherapy.
Post-therapy status: In December 2005, the tumors had mostly disappeared. The patient has survived for three more years and is alive today.
