Beijing Tiantan Puhua hospital was set up as a joint venture between the American Pacific Medical Group, Tiantan Hospital and Chongwen Health Bureau. Tiantan Hospital is the largest neurosurgical hospital in Asia, it has many of the leading doctors and researchers in neurosurgery and does over 4000 brain operations each year.

Puhua hospital is located just next to Tiantan hospital and next to the famous Tiantan park (Temple of Heaven). The facilities are of of international standards and some of the better we have seen in China and it is focused on care for the wealthier patients in China. The management is led by Sherwood Yang from New Zealand and previously a doctor in China. The key doctors for stem cells are from Australia (Dr. Han Xiaodi who spent two years at Alfred Hospital in the neurosurgical department and in the Australia National Trauma Institute. His research was focused in enhancement of Neurogenesis after brain trauma under supervisory of Dr. Cristina Koshman and Prof. Jeffrey Rosenfeld), Dr. Wu Like and Dr. Wang Xiaojuan (both with years of stem cell research experience doing clinical trials in Hebei Medical University). Their stem cell experience has been focused on Brain trauma, Spinal Cord injury, Cerebral Vascular diseases, Multiple Sclerosis and Myelitis etc.

They have treated over 400 patients with cerebral diseases including cerebral tumors, stoke, cerebral palsy, cerebral trauma, and epilepsy. The patients come from different countries including Russia, U.S.A. and Singapore. Sixty patients have undergone their stem cell treatment program. They have multiple stem cell treatment programs including their "Self Stem Cell Activation and Prolifliation Program", Sterotaxios Brain Stem cell Injection Surgery", "Spinal Cord Fluid Stem Cell Injections" and Physical rehabilitation. Patients have a team of doctors treating them from different departments (the neurosurgery and neurology departments are just two) to makes sure patients get complete treatment and care.
