(Houston) AGE: 43 DIAGNOSIS: C4-C5 Incomplete Quadriplegia REASON FOR COMING FOR TREATMENT: Jim was injured when diving in a river in 1982. He had pain in his lower back which had become more painful in the last few years, and his joints had deteriorated during this time. He wanted to gain better use and control of his upper body. He could not move his fingers. He could not move his right arm at all. He had some difficulty breathing. He had a pressure sensation all over his body. Above the injury he could feel normally but below the injury level he only had pressure sensation. He had no bowel or bladder control.
